Welcome to The Nurtured Nest South Shore, LLC.

By accessing this website or requesting services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services

The Nurtured Nest South Shore provides practical, in-home household support for growing families.

Services may include:

  • Laundry

  • Kitchen resets and dishes

  • Bottle and pump washing

  • Making beds

  • Household organization

  • Nursery setup and organization

  • Grocery put-away

  • Household restocking

  • Returns and errands

  • Other mutually agreed upon household support tasks

Services are customized to each family's needs and may vary from visit to visit.

Services Not Provided

The Nurtured Nest South Shore is:

  • Not a cleaning company

  • Not a nanny agency

  • Not a childcare provider

  • Not a medical provider

  • Not a nursing service

  • Not a doula service

The primary focus of The Nurtured Nest South Shore, LLC is practical household support.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Weekly clients reserve recurring time slots. While every effort will be made to maintain consistent scheduling, appointment times may occasionally need to change due to illness, emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking or invoicing.

Accepted forms of payment may include:

  • Credit card

  • ACH transfer

  • Square

  • Venmo Business

  • Check

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of reserved recurring time slots.

The Nurtured Nest South Shore reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, family emergency, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

Home Environment

Clients agree to provide a safe and respectful environment.

The Nurtured Nest South Shore reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if:

  • Unsafe conditions exist

  • Aggressive or threatening behavior occurs

  • Illegal activity is present

  • Conditions place the provider at unreasonable risk

No Guarantees

While The Nurtured Nest South Shore strives to provide thoughtful, reliable, and high-quality support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, The Nurtured Nest South Shore, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services provided.

Intellectual Property

All website content, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and materials are the property of The Nurtured Nest South Shore, LLC unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
